Fix It Program
Do you have a leaky faucet or need grab bars in your bathroom? FREED can have volunteers make minor home repairs or modifications which are health or safety related.
Home Rehabilitation Program
FREED’s Home Rehabilitation Program can provide major repairs and modifications by licensed contractors to permitted homes, such as ramps, accessibility related bathroom remodels, roofing repairs, HVAC repairs and other safety related issues.
Phone Reassurance
This program provides friendly phone calls on a regular schedule to individuals who would like to make sure someone is checking in on them or would like to have a social conversation. FREED coordinates a fantastic group of volunteers who make these calls.
Friendly Visitor Program
Do you feel lonely or disconnected from the community? FREED has Friendly Visitor volunteers who would look forward to coming to visit with you. Nevada County Only.
