 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Marysville will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, on DATE at City Council Chambers, 526 C Street, Marysville, Ca 95901. The City Council will conduct a public hearing to review the past use of funds and program performance for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program contract 20-CDBG-CV2/3-00004 These funds with the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development require a review of the close-out documents (final products), and to solicit citizen input regarding the outcome and accomplishments of the funding received and expended under these programs.  The activities were as follows:

20-CDBG-CV2-3-00004: The City received a total of $416,722.00 in grant funds and was able to support the senior citizens in the community with meals from local restaurants.

All projects have now been completed and funds have been exhausted and requested from the State for reimbursement. The City will disencumber $235,204.13. In keeping with CDBG regulations, the City met the low/mod area benefit for meeting a National Objective.

Any member of the public may virtually participate in the meeting and be heard on the item described in this notice, or members of the public may submit written comments to the City Clerk prior to the meeting by personal delivery or by mail to: City Clerk’s Office, 526 C Street, Marysville, CA 95901
