Ability Tools – California’s Ability Tools is dedicated to expanding the accessibility of tools, resources and technology that may increase independence, improve personal productivity and enhance the quality of life for all Californians. Accessible Technology Coalition – The Accessible Technology Coalition (ATC) is a resource on assistive technology. Their goal is to make access to AT easy and available to everyone. You can browse the well-organized categories on our website for information – and if you don’t find what you need, you may “Ask an Expert” for assistance. They also offer webinars and in person trainings on various AT topics.
The California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) provides phone equipment at no cost to those who cannot use standard phone equipment due to physical or other limitations.
