Hands of Hope

Entry point for referrals to shelter and housing services, laundry, showers, and other support available for families and individuals experiencing homelessness

HEART (Homeless Engagement and Resolution Team)

This team provides general homeless outreach to both Sutter and Yuba Counties intending to build relationships and increase engagement in helpful services while reducing public and private property crimes. HEART collaborates with other street outreach teams and community members.

iCare Mobile Engagement Team

Telecare’s iCARE Mobile Engagement Team is a client-centered program that helps engage and support individuals and families in Sutter or Yuba County struggling with behavioral health and substance use issues that are primarily using the emergency room, hospital services, or 911 as their main source of care.

Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health 24-Hour Psychiatric Emergency

The Acute Psychiatric Services Branch supports individuals that may be experiencing a behavioral health crisis with emergency or urgent psychiatric needs. Services provided include assessment for hospital and outpatient crisis needs for both children and adults. Acute Psychiatric Services also oversees Patients’ Rights services and directly operates a Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF), an outpatient crisis clinic and provides psychiatric consultation to Adventist Health + Rideout Hospital in Marysville, California.

SYBH Options for Change

OFC – Adult provides COED adult outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for those that are seeking help. OFC provides screening, assessment, treatment, and referrals for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and/or Residential Treatment.

Twin Cities Rescue Mission

Homeless men’s shelter serving Sutter/Yuba communities for men over 60 years. Consumers must attend church services in order to stay. Chores are expected from each resident. Must be able to care for oneself.
